So today is a very slow day and time is just dragging by. So I have been looking at saddlebags and tail bags for my 500. Does anyone out there have any recommendations for that kind of gear? And keep in mind; I am no longer looking for a top case. I have been finding a lot of them but most of them are going for around $100 to $200 a bag. I am just looking for some insight on this topic. Thank ya'll and ride safe and ride it to the edge.

This is my topcase post:

https://modernvespa.com/forum/topic35254?highlight=topcase+bank

They are even cheaper now - probably $80 covers it with shipping. I searched for saddlebags earlier. A lot of info is here:

but the best budget place to look probably is at jafrum.com

Their stuff is from Pakistan, well made, inexpensive.

I would give careful consideration to the safety of leaving anything on your bike when you stop for a break etc. Have a look at this site http://www.pac-safe.com/www/index.php?_room=3&activity_id=11
