Modern Vespa

Does anyone have experience with the Hutchinson Funzy 130/70X12 tire? It's going to be time for a new rear tire on the 250 and I ran across this on eBay:

They are a French company. Not well known. T'n Go tested them about a year or two ago and liked them. Tyres are the most important safety feature on the scooter and for the sake of a few dollars, I would always go the best, like the Pirelli GT23 and 24 series, especially if you ride in the rain!

These are well known in bicycling circles. Very good tires, sponsered Lance Armstrong for many years.

The bike version cost as much as a decent scooter tire. Wonder how much the scoots cost? =)

hutchinsons came as standards on the p range over here for a while and they where the first thing ditched...
ive ridden on some and swapped them for michelins the next day .....
if you need some 10" there will be lots in scootershops round here

i've got one on the back of my gts.
had zippy1 before.
don't notice any differences.
