Modern Vespa

Carb worked great for the first 150 kms I put on the speedo. Now when I turn the gas on it runs like a faucet. The entire tank would drain if I let it.

I've removed it, jiggled, and replaced a few times but that doesn't help.

I used a Dellorto rebuilt kit, not Prima.

I'm not sure what adjustment to make to get this thing adjusted correctly. I have the original float and needle that were removed from the carb, they seem to be in good shape.

Nevermind, I don't think it was the float.

I think the screw that holds the fuel filter cover wasn't tightened down enough, or worked itself lose.

I'll get some shortly.

No glovebox on it yet, still needs paint. I'm not worrying about it until winter, I want to get some miles on it.
