just removed and painted my headset cover (I'm doing a Dragon Red/gloss black thing), and it was pretty easy.

how difficult (or easy) is it to remove the other plastics? the front fender looks like a huge PITA. Anyone with experience on this can really help me out. I want to do the running boards, lower cowls things and rear fender if I can. Thanks much!

Take off the horn cover, and the screws behind it. Then the screws inside the glovebox compartment, and the glovebox should come off pretty easily. You will need to remove the in order to remove the floorboard. The side fenders are simple enough.

The front fender requires the removal of the steering column and brake lines, which run through the center opening. If you're not skilled with brake work (bleeding, etc.), I'd have a Vespa shop do it for you.

The front of the ET is fairly simple if you have a manual, (but don't mess with cables) the back and side running board boards you just work it out with a screwdriver and looking up under the back. The back plastic part of the ET where the licence plate is always gets broken, if you find an unbroken one buy it.

Oh, I thought you were talking about.....well, something else.

I know my Fly is incredibly easy to disassemble. Each panel comes off after only three or fewer screws, because every piece kinda locks into a piece behind/infront of it. Really well engineered in that regard.

I've been helping a friend with his GTV. Boy is that one a pain to take apart. Like four or more screws in every part, and some are incredibly hard to get to. Not to mention the one that's frightening close to the battery. I don't like high amps.
