It looks like somewhere in the resent past the tall windscreen went from 3mm to 4 mm thick.
Has anyone had experience with each of these windscreens?
I am wondering if the thickness change makes a big difference. From a gut reaction I would prefer to get the thicker one, but there are some deals out there for the thinner one.

Also, anyone know what the thickness of the Faco tall windscreen is?

I have a short Cupini on my LX150 and it is 3.56mm thick
The tall Faco for both my LX150 and my GTS250. They are both 3.65mm thick. So they are between the 3 and 4 your talking about. I have had both screens up to as fast as the scooter would go, and did not get any bad vibrations from either.
I think the 3mm will work just fine, if you want to get a deal on the price. But the Facos usually cost less, and I have not had any trouble out of mine.

Thanks Wes.
That feedback is what I was looking for.
I think I will opt for the thicker ones and go with either the Faco or 4mm Vespa.

For those interested, the 3mm Vespa's are/were on Craigslist in Chicago.

I've had the 3m for about 4 years and ~10,000 without any issues. Not sure what the extra mm would do other than add some stifness to the screen.

I'd save the $s and go with the 3mm, but I'm cheap.
