woah do all the little red symbols indicate ganja dealerships that are presently on fire? no wonder you can't leave the house.

Nah, all those signs indicate where it is legal to buy weed. Green = fully licensed, red = can legally sell but waiting to get fully licensed.

as far as i know each state has different laws....and i believe the american federal government does not distinguish between weed or heroin. classed as the same. i could be wrong though

For fuck's sake... medicinal marijuana has been legal in California since 1996, with the passage of Proposition 215. All blame for that lies with the people of California, not any politician.

Blaming the president (whichever president happens to be in office) is just willfully ignorant, or perhaps deliberately dishonest. Regardless, it's a violation of the posting guidelines.

Well, they are just starting to look at it for Iowa. For being the midwest, we're pretty darned progressive here. We were the 2nd state I think to allow same-sex marriages.....Why not medicinal ganja??
