I mean, the ad says it needs a rebuild. But even so, that's a very pretty bike assuming it's not trash inside the rebuild shouldn't cost much

I didnt see it in person but my friend who sent the picture said it was clean. He has pretty high standards. Stock engine rebuild is cheap enough to justify

I have a Allstate Compact, similar to that one. I paid $700. The one I got was complete and running. This one looks like it needs some work. I would not say it is a deal, parts are tricky. Most parts are available some are not and you have to scrounge.

You might be able to talk them down a little, but doesn't look like a bad bike at all. |

Warning to the person who wants the boat bike. We walked away. He wanted to sell the whole shabang for 800. We don't want the wheelbarrow homemade POS sidecar boat thing. We want to keep it in Bellingham (the bike). It needs work and he wouldn't sell us the P20e.

Oh yes it's a deal.
Basically a Sprint V on 8's... late model Supers have the 3-port cases... total sleepers. Throw on bigger carb and a pipe (if it doesn't already have one) and you'll keep up with anyone. With a kit, you'll smoke P's. That one looks unmolested... original factory paint, original speedo, original huge horn, original vin sticker, still rocking the original 8" wheels, even still has holes where the goofy turn signals used to be. Looks like tank and centerstand have been replaced & missing some trim, that's it. Ours has 25000 miles on it. Rock, rock solid. |

I'd be all over that Super and just make a road trip over the weekend to go pick it up if I thought my wife wouldn't kill me for buying it.
But I know she would after I made a bid on that Super 150 that came up in Michigan over the winter and only survived because someone out-bid me. |

Gotta agree with SoCal, I miss my Super more that any scoot I've owned. Riding a P feels like a boat in comparison. Love the 8's.
