^^^^ I think the only thing on that scoot that has 18 miles on it is the speedo. The rest of it has had a hard life. Still, not the worst price I have seen for a P model.

That's not an 80's PX, considering the reflectors on the front fender, the sticker above the sight glass it appears to be either a P200E or a P125 with a PX speedo. Looks like a POS money pit

Attn: SoCalGuy Barn find VBC Super
A friend saw this in the Wichita craigslist. $800. No title. He has a modern Vespa. He was thinking about it but since he has very limited mechanical ability he decided against it. I went to look at it. The motor turns over, it seems to have good compression and the sealing surface on the flywheel looks good. We tried spraying starter fluid down the carb but no soap. No rust to speak of on the body. Surface rust on the wheels. ~35XX miles on the odometer. A small wrinkle in the legshield but nothing I would personally worry about. The guy has the seats and they are in good shape. I would buy it myself but I have one almost identical.

Probably not a 3-port, but still a gem... looks original and mostly intact. Original grey rubber, original goofy US signals, paint, sticker, autolube = very cool! Lack of title's an issue though. Bet it'll run with a little coaxing. Hope you put some oil in it. Sight glass looks empty.

With all the deals on APEs & Vespa cars showing up lately, I thought somebody might be interested in a hell of a deal on this other Piaggio offering http://www.ebay.com/itm/PD-808-PIAGGIO-DOUGLAS-VESPA-JET-EXECUTIVE-ESSO-JUNIOR-1962-/321814862390

yes and no
That first one sounds pretty good, the ad describes what else comes with it and sounds like most of what you'd need. Solid frame & motor alone nearly worth the price gets a yes from me if it all checks out.
But the second one, even at only $400, you'd need to be a masochist to want to deal with that oddball auto motor in an incomplete undesirable bike and in pieces. Just say no. |

Too far away from me and 8" wheels, but not a bad price at $950, right? Assuming, of course, it's not a bodge.

Happy St Paddy's Day Deal! You probably just made a dozen ppl real sad that it is so far away
It's a legit good deal IMO. Probably even w/ some rust for a GS160 mostly all there. ![]() I think they made it w/ the toolbox behind the seat like this one year only. Want! |

I thought this was one of those "rare" ones.
If anyone is interested, I can take a look see if they want... only problem is I'm out of town this weekend to visit my Mom. |

Spare tire, just like a Rally or P. Here's a '62 like the bike posted, before they introduced the legshield 'glovebox'.
And a newer bike, same model ![]() The Gran Sport models were the first to have 10" wheels & provide a place specifically designed for a spare. I think I got, without googling everything, please correct me as required |

$700. I'm going to guess that it's an Allstate. I'm a bit tempted to ask for parts to have as spares, but I'm not close enough. Overall maybe it's worth $100 as is?

If the body is 'solid' maybe so, but if the floor is shot, half of that or less. It looks fairly straight, but motor could be junk, you really need to look it over to put a value on it. I see a lot of rust in the pics.

I see Lambretta D's on CL all the time. Hard pass on all of em.
I did see a properly restored one at a rally in NYC once tho, it looked fresh, but it maxed out at 43 or so. |

Saw an ad for this '88 PX for $1650 this morning. Was seriously considering getting it but alas it sold already. Sorry about the crappy photo.

Just scored this 81 P200 for $600. Not running but ran a year ago. My girlfriend Stacy definitely earned girlfriend of the year awards for driving to my place, getting my truck, withdrawing her own money and getting the scoot from the seller. I'm 500 miles away at work so big thanks to Socalguy for meeting up with Stacy and helping her load it.
