Excellent condition other than the cowl damage & that's easily dealt with if you ever needed to. Killer price, if you want it you better jump, tis the season.... somebody else will scoop it.

Do the stuff he mentions, cables, gas leak, belts??? , for your first project, check brakes & tires, the obvious stuff, get it running right and RIDE it for a while. DR kit etc if you want later this summer or next year is my two cents.
