The floor looks toast with rust holes, and the bottom of the tunnel is pretty bad. There a rust hole at the bottom of frame, right side under the seat and the bottom of round tail is almost rusted out. You could ride it but probably not for long before some major repairs are needed. Good luck with all of that.
