That P125. It cleaned up.
It was for sale for $1000 a couple of weeks ago. Now it's $3000 with a bath. Still a good deal. It's brand new. Even has all its sales paperwork. It needs to be ridden! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

That's cool and all, but add a smooth 1k for tires, tubes, battery, seals, clutch plates and bits and rubber, fuel system rebuild.
And that's if you did it all yourself. At a shop? Probably about 2k Is a low miles super clean P125 worth 4~5K? |

Bought a Vespa with similar miles a long time ago. Pretty sure the previous owner ran into a tree or something and quit riding. That's not an easy fix. Bought another low-miler. Someone had tried try grind out the steering lock. Another not an easy fix. |

to offer 2000 and then come under it is just a crappy way to deal.
suggest a mini auction among those interested, the interested bidders show up and start laying down cash, till all but one drops out. |

Bought a car one time, decided it was worth $600. Show up and the guy tried to play me against another "buyer" who was there.
I had 6 in hand and had given my dad another hundy to hold. Literally, I bought this car for the left hand grille. That's all I wanted. Anyway, it was a POS but that's a story for another day... After a test drive I tell the guy 6 and he hems and haws. Well I got this guy... so I bust 6 in cash, in 20's so it looks FAT. he says will you go 650. I say, lemme ask my pops if I can borrow from the international bank of dad. Peel off another fiddy, sign the papers. Adios. I *knew* that dude was his friend. Duh. Anyway, to bring it all back. That greenie 8, 1k max There's better shit out there. You could get exactly that running and riding for 2k just think about that. |

We have the big Carlisle swap meet going on here and someone had an old 3 speed Allstate for sale. He was asking $650, but that underside tunnel rust was enough to scare me off. The motor was free, but the flywheel was very loose.

Says it is a Veloce but 73 and 74 were some weird years for American Sprints. You will actually need to look at the motor to determine if it has 3 ports like a Veloce. For $2100 its still a great deal on an original bike. Those front fender reflectors is something you don't see often and different then the ones that came on a P. ![]() https://www.twostrokesmoke.com/forum/buy-sell-and-trade-forum.7/1974-vlbt1-150-sprint-veloce.3274/ |

Not a screaming deal, but not bad either. If it was closer than a 6+ hour drive one way from me, I would be on it. |

The one Rowdyc posted above is the same one I put a link to on FB. I should have paying more attention, sorry. But on FB, he is asking $1700, so I guess it was worth posting.

Stella parts for sale... https://philadelphia.craigslist.org/mcy/d/levittown-05-genuine-stella-vespa-px/7312654443.html
I just texted the guy and he said the engine case has cracks around the crank... Doubt it'd be worth it to send off to get repaired to have a spare motor? What do you all think? I asked him to send some pics of the cracks before I make an offer. Thinking like $100 maybe. Depends on the cracks. Could be nice to have a frame sitting around too, although I prefer the roundtails. Could be a future scoot for one of my kids. I dunno There's also 2 Allstate's in Jersey, one close to me and one down by the beaches. Closer one makes my Allstate look mint, and has been up for 21 weeks for sale at $1200 now down to $1000. a 64 that needs a bunch of work. Other one is in much better shape but asking 3k |

I offered that guy 600 a few weeks ago and he didn't respond. But he didn't mention any cracks on the cases when i offered that. I would have offered less if the cases are damaged. Good luck!

That's a pretty sweet looking sprint, for sure. It's about three hours from me, but the only reason I'd grab it would be to flip it right now.

^^^ Possibly something good here, a BlueBadge smallie w/ Micky Mouse tail lite intact and enuff crash bars to keep the body nicely protected? Is that red one a 70's Sprint or maybe even a Rally200 with that autolube going on? I see a glovebox, the big horn like a Rally would have and the seat for a humped gas tank.. anyway, here's my kid's Rally to compare.
