When I can finally rejoin the P200 motor with its own frame, I'll get the non-running engine from this stella running again and then probably ship it out the front door to someone else who can use it. I've got stock stella top end taken off my stella that I can throw onto this engine and a bunch of other parts if needed to get it running. |

You may need a new top half for the headset ouch.
Unless the pictures are deceiving it doesn't look to be in bad shape for the main frame part. |

frame and fork are fine. Only a little minor dent at the top left leg shield. plastic is screwed but who cares. Cowls and fender are dented but also who cares. Engine top end destroyed and stuck. Gas tank a mess. I've got spare of all the plastic, a seat and the old stella top end off my current tuned stella, plus crank and clutch from that stella if needed. But first things first... engine coming out.. P208 going in. Should have it rolling this week as long as I can clean that gas tank and tap out.

The seat is comfier for the butt than fir the eyes. But I have the original too. And yea that two fenders theory makes sense. Wonder how long it’ll take me to hate it more than the idea of changing it out.
V oodoo wrote: I bet that seat is pretty comfy if you don't mind being stuck in one position. I also bet i'ts two fenders, one split and grafted onto the other. There's three things I don't care for here, that's two of them. |

The seat could be changed and that unique mudguard is kinda growing on me...

It’s very heavily bondo’d. I think it was two fenders. The fairing is a slipstreamer.

Yeesh. Not at 750.
For that it better pop and fart. And it seems to be missing all expensive and hard to find stuff (and a cowl) I’d float a mayyybbeee at half that depending on what all I had holding down the shop floor. Otherwise, pass. Make that somebody else’s problem. |

Someone buy this for me, and I'll pay you back in a month!
It's seriously less than a mile from me... and I saw it parked by the co-op then saw the guy driving it a few hours later. https://philadelphia.craigslist.org/mcy/d/philadelphia-2005-genuine-stella/7354339244.html Funny thing was I thought about leaving a note asking them to contact me if they ever wanted to sell. Then last night it popped up. Don't have 1700 though currently. And to be fair I'd rather save up for another roundtail, if I had my choice. Vice Versa- if anyone wants to buy it but needs a go between or a place to store it I have room in my shop to help out if needs be. |

man that's smokin' deal. 15 all day every day. I'd probably show with 12 cash and see what plays. but even at the top end, that's not bad.

Really pretty Sprint for $1750.
It has the big headset, and that lovely green color. http://scoot.net/classifieds/forsale.html?id=69666 ![]() |

I couldn’t decide if that’s DOD territory but they aren’t common and it’s certainly an interesting bike. I think the floor has holes though…. Probably a new floor is due there.

okay, here's the part where I get to be ticky-tacky...
>says "corrosion" on the frame, but you've got a dozen pics and can't show that in detail? >tags look to be 10 years out, title- question mark >the motor needs seals, what else? >it mos def needs motor bushings, that thing is all slashways >gonna need tires and tubes for sure. >looks to be Bajaj electronic conversion or some variant of that. which fine, but buy spares >that pipe is a question mark, which is okay and all, but think about replacement $ -that area around the brake pedal pivot... from the pics... yeesh... -how long has it been sitting? -holes in floorboards and shield are from crash bars. mmmrrrpphhhh all that being said, it's a complete fairly unmolested euro sprint. it's gonna need probably close to 1K worth of parts and work to get rolling around again, would be my guess. wouldn't say DOD at that price, but fairly decent and not outrageous. if it was local I'd check it out and make an offer.
