I don't know what to think of this one. It looks like it might be a bit sketchy, but it's also got an inappropriate-for-the-year mickey mouse taillight and a title. That's pretty cool.

it's interesting to be sure. I'd want a little more info before splashing some cash. but tags and a title go a long ways toward something being legit. maybe at about 1/2 that or possibly close to 15 would be a decent buy. just know you're gonna need to do a soft parts rebuild and tires, and sort out nonsense straight away.

Looks more like a VBB than a Super, and the 10"wheels naturally came on neither. Body damage (fender and legshield) doesn't look too horrible, though. Probably backed into by a car rather than crashed.

Province questionable but suspect it's not a bodge (not just debodged).
Could be wrong.
Floor mar and 10" wheels.
But it doesn't look rusty and any work done is not new.
Threw it up here - $1200 scoot.

It has a PK front fork in it, and if the work was done at ScooterWest, you can probably call them up and find out.

That key under the helmet hook isn't something I like to see, but it's registered, which I know counts for a lot in CA.

1980 v50 current bid $450 in Minnesota.

https://www.ridesafely.com/en/used-motorcycle-auction-vespa-moped-1980-blue/bid/2113987529

I'd buy it if it were close enough for me to pick up. And it stayed under 1k.

that 50 at sub 1k would be a good buy

the large frame... mannn.... oof. *maybe* at 5~6? it looks rough AF in the boards

having a motor that turns is a plus, but doesn't mean shit on this one. on the plus, it seems to be all there and largely unmolested.

Rare no doubt, but if anyone has ever rode a 50cc PK, you know it takes nerves of steel to even ride one in a 25mph speed zone with traffic. Top speed on them is something like 27mph. Now if it were a 4 speed 125, then I'd have to drive a 2k mile round trip road trip to go pick it up!

it takes talent to install the cowl on the wrong side - i've never seen it done before. seen lots of wheels on backwards in the past, but never a reversed cowl...

still, motor probably makes it worth it

now you are thinking correctly. it is a 3 speed, so the gearbox swap and top end swap are required, or just install your own smallie motor and enjoy the bitchin' bodywork that is so rare over here.

Must be the pain meds that I'm currently taking that's making me not think clearly. No doubt if I quit taking them cold turkey, I'd be of sound mind and I'd hop in my little Scion xB and head back the 1000 miles south...AGAIN for the second time this month to buy something with 2 wheels and an engine.

Someone hated hard on that bike. Hung that cowl on backwards after kicking it over and picking it back up again.

that P is *rough* man. but at 500 if the motor turns? sure. it's got that in parts. if I gotta go get it, 4ish and you get to keep all this shit that I don't need and don't want to deal with throwing out.

the 64 looks okay. it's reasonably straight. but it needs work and probably has fees. 25 is high. more toward 2 and we can talk. but a solid runner at 18~2 would be a steal.

3 Vespas for sale $2400 takes all of them.
I have titles for 2 of them
1978 Vespa SCT (title) engine turns over
1964 Vespa (title) engine turns over
1964 Vespa (no Title) engine seized
These scooters do not run great project for someone. all metal surface rust but they are all solid metal no rot thru.

Spoke to the seller and the P is a P125. The 64's he didnt know, but judging from the leg shield badge being "vespa" not "vespa 150" I believe both are VNB 125's.

I was trying to fenagle a deal behind the scenes with a few guys on here to split this up 3 way ($800/ea) since the seller wants to sell them all as one instead of piecemeal. I only wanted the white VNB 125 in the middle. FridayMatinee wanted the blue VNB, but we couldn't find any takers on the ratty P125.

So I'm passing on it cause I can't take 3 more in my garage. Barely 1 more, but I would take the white VNB if someone on here wanted them, or wanted to take the P. P and the White VNB are titled. Blue VNB is seized non titled.

Could be a good deal for all 3 if someone was looking to grab a few to work on and flip them. These damn deals always come up right when you have no space left, or no money left!

I've never had a problem registering bikes that are out of the system in California. Just the ones that are in the system, and have back fees.

The small frame looks nice, worth a lookey if you are close.
The Allstate is a complete project, everything there needs to be touched. I think the price is too high for that reason.

Damn that this is mostly not there, but those bare handle bars, they just do something for me. What motor will bolt up to that? Will a large frame LML motor bolt up?
