The speedo not sitting right was the first thing I saw. And something with the paint job. If it was close, I'd have a look. But I'm not and don't feel like burning a day driving plus gas, food, etc.. Thanks guys, a second and third set of eyes always helps.

I LOVE vespa 400s... I've had one myself and got it back to running shape. It was rough with it being 100% complete. This one would be an uphill battle the whole way... But, given how rare they are, might be worth slapping a different transaxle in there, welding in a floor, and then still never driving it because the brakes are terrible and the whole thing is made of 18 gauge steel! Haha. But regardless of all its errors, man is this still tempting for me...
