From memory, I think the mk3 lds had the glovebox there, as a precursor to the electric start la. As the batteries ended up in the same place. Just with a hump covering the tops of the 2 6v batteries.

That scoot isn't worth anywhere near $3,500. Not to mention, anyway.

Half off a Stella motor isn't a bad deal, but nowhere near enough to make up for the gouging on the scoot.
