Those Rapidos are pretty damn cool - fairly rare too. I'd rock one. As for the CB750, they are awesome fast and powerful, but I am so tired of that "hipster cafe-racer" crap that has been inflicted on every one I see lately.

I picked up my 63 Allstate for $700 last spring. Same thing as a VNB.

No title... that's important here in Oregon... I would pass... but that's going by Oregon standards.

No Title, but no problem in FL. I would need to run the VIN first. It would add $180 for the DMV fees. Thats why I offered $700.

Man, as crappy as the CA DMV is, you can get a new title for just about anything here. Is it impossible in Oregon?

I'm only going by what I've heard and talking to numerous DMV people...
If you don't have a title, you must provide a huge paperwork trail. Bill of Sale, receipts, witnesses, last State is was titled in release form if known etc etc etc...
then you submit all of that to DMV along with them inspecting the scooter. You are then at the mercy of an approval from someone there.
If they deny it, they now have the VIN number you submitted on file and until you get the actual title, you will never get it approved.

Yes they make kits... that particular moped I would keep stock.
But yeah... there is pretty much a kit out there for any moped.

Maybe not the deal of the day...............but I know this bike and the owner and wouldn't think twice about grabbing it if I was in the market for true untouched well mantained 80's P series.
