Yea, I have that jacket and my zipper is broke. I had to push that frikkin thing home, up hill, both ways, in the snow, sucked.

Good news is that lambretta offers many high performance zipper kits and and at great prices.

Much more zipper kit options than lets say the vespa offers for their jacket zipper.

I wouldn't buy a bike from that guy. All his bikes look like they've been picked over.

Don't hate Stella's, they have a lot going for them. Beats the hell out of a Lance or a Buddy. Thank Genuine for delivering what Vespa wouldn't give the USA. Yeah, this Stella though, it might be a piece of crap.

$1000 P200 sounds like a winner, even current on registration. I'd go grab it if I didn't already have one.

I'd say that's priced accordingly without a title. Depending on your state titles aren't that hard to get, especially if the bike is from time when they often didn't have one to begin with.

Agreed. A couple of hundred bucks and you are in business. I haven't been lucky enough to find one with a title yet and I've got three. If I was closer, I'd jump all over that thing... And I just bought an untitled VBA last week.

Not quite so easy here in NM unfortunately especially if it crosses state lines. I have had the director if our local MVD yell me do not buy a vehicle without a title ever.

Don't know if that changes if it is really old. I'm sure you would make sure it isn't stolen somehow before you buy right?

Michigan is pretty easy on the no title, so someone local will get a good deal.

I tried to convince the fiancé this would be an amazing wedding gift to ourselves (me). It went poorly. Not to mention border/registration issues I will probably face.

Still...

Ok i will accept that was a bit harsh but here in nm it should at least be priced as a parts scooter. The MVD here can be especially evil at times. Not sure how or if they would even attempt a never titled 50 year old bike

Jimmy did he just drop the price? I haven't looked up in LA that often but it seems familiar. I've just been expanding my search range a bit. Sold the Honda Rebel and so I'm patiently awaiting a smallframe project .
