Any more thoughts on the bike Tract Punk posted? I just found it yesterday while combing the 'Bay for parts (that's my story, and I'm sticking to it). Not really looking for another bike yet, but I figure if I could get it for at or near opening bid price, it's worth sticking in the basement to save as a winter project.
The fact that the junction box and cables are missing gives me the impression that the bike was apart, and they just threw it together to sell. But everything else seems to be there and original. Oh, and Tract Punk: If you have designs on this, I'll back off. But then, I figure you wouldn't be posting it here if you did. |

If either of you is interested in that disconnected cables scooter, it's located the next town over from me, so I could take a peek at it if you want. I'm a noob, so you could guide me on the phone to look for certain things. Just PM me.....

If I'm not interested enough to go look at it in person, I probably shouldn't enlist in the help of someone else. 2). And more importantly, Tract Punk's last post rang true for me, also. This really is the last thing I need. Although I well know when I really am looking for one, they never seem to be available. Oh well... |

That would seem a steal to me, even needing a fair bit of work on the engine. Shit. Why don;t we have those deals in Australia? Dammit.

DCunited, did you connect on the link for the scoot? The seller believes they can take that thing to 110Km/h - that's about 65mph. Seriously?
