Here's an SS90 on the bay ending soon. $3,200 current bid. Don't know what the reserve is. Nice looking scoot.

I think the SS90 came in "Peacock" Blue and Red? (I don't have my Technica handy.) That said, the blue on that bike looks lighter than the photos of the factory blue in the book.

BTW, reserve/sale price from an email with the owner....$11500.00

FWIW.

It looks like a V90 - check the attached cowl. I'd guess 1964-65
maybe good for some parts - I'd take the headset but don't need anything else - the gas tank is really rare, it's worth most of the asking price.

Good eye... I was just looking at the blurry badge, and thought that just might be a "SS" after "Vespa"

"Exquisitely beautiful" ss90 ad on ebay
Here is one for you guys..... another ss90 for sale on ebay. Weird ad. Mentions your "hearts desires" but doesn't mention anything about the history of the scooter. Can anyone tell if this is a real ss90?

the p-series is sold but this same guy has a 1957 fuji rabbit for sale for $450. Don't think it's running and looks well worn. Not sure if that is a good deal or not but could be interesting for someone.

Yeah, I was interested in that one when it sold back in January for $200. It is missing a bunch of parts (kickstart quadrant, flywheel, etc.), so I turned it down. This guy bought it and probably realized too late how hard those parts are to get.

Is $2100 too much for a nonrunning Rally? I don't know, but it looks fairly straight.

Even if it's "non running"...still a killer deal. That's a complete scoot there! You got way more than 2100 in parts alone!

I would say yes it's real. Just looking at the trim down leg shield looks pretty spot on. I'd say a dude that has a 48 Indian sitting in his garage sure has enough $$$, time, and resources to find a REAL SS90. The white walls just kills that scoot though...YUCK.

It's too bad the rear script badge is missing. That's one of those things that makes the ss90 and ss180 pop for me. I love rear script badges like VW used on the Ghia etc.

I guess he has the title its a Ducati ignition .Sounds like it needs about $600 in parts/labor to get it right on the money. I didn't ask about the Elect.? I would say offer him $1600 plus another $100 to drive to Bean Town....I would get it if my Rally engine was here now ... Good Luck ! Brian
