125 GT Paiggio owned and signed by Bucky Lasek - $10,000
Maybe you US guys know who Bucky Lasek is, but I'd venture to say that his signature must be worth at least $6000.

http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/willetton/scooters/1967-vespa-125-gt-paiggio-owned-and-signed-by-bucky-lasek-from-us/1035398423

$10,000 is just stupid.

I surprised some has not picked up that P. I can only guess that some are scared off because of the carb and reed setup.

Shit, all those custom Vespas that get posted by Koenig Blues is crazy.
I suppose purist cringe when they see all the mirrors and lights on Vespas/Lambrettas from the 60's...

I remember that bike.. who did that one? we did a little "contest" to guess the number of pennies on it, and I was damn close! Viva La PennyBicicleta!

I liked the penny covered one, that at least had some style! I guess that is proof that it really is to each his own.

I had the same thought, take some old beater or a bodge and put all that stuff on it, no big deal. But I am fond of Rally's and this makes me a bit sad.

Hard to tell, but it appears that the cowls are the only items truly modified, if you ignore the plating! But that is simply too much cash for a Rally that is dipped in copper!

Penny bike was sweet. That rally would be sweet if it were just copper dipped.
Looks like he crashed into a one man band.

I'd ride this for $1600.

Allstate Vespa are unique to USA you guys need to preserve them and make sure they don't disappear.
PS: I have fixed the carburettor gas leak. The float had filled up with gas I split it at the join and glued it back with Plumbers clear PVC glue.
It is still working
