high you all.
Has anyone faced the above mentioned , warning light?
Mine , has been" on" twice, lately . only while driving above 40 - 50 Km/h
with no influance on the behavior of the drive . it disapeared after the motor turned off.
Please advise

Welcome!

I don't understand which light you are refering to.
I assume that being in Isreal that the altitude wasn't that high?
At higher altitudes lights tend to come on with no negative consequences.

I'd get your dealer to check the ECU codes... something's amiss. How many miles have you got on it? Using decent fuel?

Best guess - your regulator has failed, giving too high a voltage to the battery. Check the voltage on the battery after a run, while on centre stand, at more than 4,000 rpm. If over 14.4V then the regulator needs replacing.

That isn't the only possible answer - but it seems to be the most common one, happens on many Piaggio bikes.

Thank's Jim.

The voltage at 4500 RPM is above 14.5V.

I should replace the regulator , as you predicted.

Get it double-checked first, but I reckon you've found the culprit. Some manuals state a maximum of 15.2V (with lights off), but that continuously applied would boil the battery.
