The bubble is just a reservoir for excess air filter oil. Just remove it, clean it out and replace. Completely normal.

From the Wiki:

FAQ: What's that bubble filled with oil?

May also want to make sure you check what was collected in the bubble resevoir...oil run off from oil filter would be the obvious...but check and make sure it's not fuel...if it is you may want to dry out your air filter.

Fuel can get into your air filter if you overfill your fuel tank.

OK, I know I've overfilled it... once (maybe).

What do I need to do and where is the air filter?

Thanks,
