No, it's not the bloody Vietnam episode that someone starts a new thread about every time the rerun airs.

There was a brand new episode on last night, where they were in Italy. James May and Hammond had to ride to the airport from the starting line of the race,... and they jumped on 2 perfect looking old fenderlight vespas. They must have been private collection ones, because i was thinking "too bad nobody rides bikes like that in Italy anymore." There's probably more vespas like that in the US than there are in italy after all the government buy-out tax incentives to get people to trade in their old vespas for new bikes.

Anyways, they got a minute of air time or whatever, and i was happy.

Here you go. Start watching at 2:00

And if you don't have BBC america, you should start either buying the DVDs of that show ( they are on season 13 now ) or you can bittorrent every season if you're so inclined.

It's the best show on TV.

Glad to see I wasn't the only one who caught that. Although my wife didn't understand why I suddenly went bonkers when two minty fresh looking fenderlights came on the screen....

I think that's actually quite an old episode, but the first time it was broadcast in America. I wish I could get my hands on the complete, not time-edited broadcast version of Top Gear!

-funny, have always wanted to get rid of the Serie America green too but should probably just leave it that way - if I get a hankering, will hit you up for the color formulation
