Modern Vespa

All the pieces are in place to convert XP system to Ubuntu and MythTV. I failed to realize my Mac/Adobe web page program is far more difficult than Frontpage.

Now I need an inexpensive program for my Mac to work on my web site.

Suggestions?

RapidWeaver is probably one of best web design software for the Mac. I like it for the following reasons:

- Extremely easy to use (you can find online tutorials)
- Inexpensive
- Many useful functions and customization
- Perfect for beginners
- CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN CODES (this is very very important in search engine rankings)

If you coded you page using Front Page to RapidWeaver is like going from an old Ford Pinto to 2009 Ford Mustang.

The following is a website I did for a friend of mine in less than 2 hours:

What Rapid Weaver is NOT good for:
- complex layout
- indepth div tags
- complex integration of PHP/Flash, etc.

For the above, you would need something like Dreamweaver CS4.

Btw, if you are interested in learning more, you should sign yourself up to lynda.com (i think it's $25/month) and they have tons of very very good tutorials.
