Modern Vespa

Has anyone else received a Quality/Opinion Survey from J D Power concerning the purchase of a new Vespa?

I received a very detailed survey concerning the purchase of my Vespa last year. Their request came with a fresh $1 dollar bill, so I went ahead and spent the time to fill it out. The form was slanted toward motorcycle purchases in general and included a lot of questions about the dealership and other items, like helmets, that might have been purchased in conjunction with the motorcycle purchase.

Do you suppose that Vespa is using this method to get feedback??

I just got one of those, except it was asking about my 2009 GTS 250.

But I don't have a GTS. I have a GTV.

It took me 2 weeks to convince my insurance company of that, too.

I have not, but probably will as I bought a GTS250 this year...

I received one of those surveys, and one of those crisp dollar bills, after I bought my Xterra. I really don't mind filling out surveys when, a) they pay me, and 2) I really was impressed/perturbed by the product/service. I just filled a survey out this morning about my experiences insuring my GTS through Geico (it was very positive, btw).

I received mine and sent it back yesterday. I bought a GTS Super in March 2009

I have never received anything from JD Power, I wonder if they survey us Canadians?

I got the survey and crisp one dollar bill as well. All the survey really did is validate that I am a pretentious bastard. I filled it out online - I ain't walking back to the mailbox.

My second wife took a survey once, and I found out I was a good-for-nothing, egg-sucking, bum. I don't know if everyone got a dollar, though.

JD Power, Do they actually do anything besides auction off their name to the highest bidder?

I got one as well. I think they are lumping models together, my S was listed as an lx. Probably the same on the gts/gtv front.
