I was looking for studded tires for my S150 and came across this site. Has anyone used these, they have studs for scooters A (6mmx8mm) and B (7.9mmx9.3mm)
For $97 they seem like a good option, especially since they dont make studded tires for the Vespa S.

whats everyones opinion on these?

Studded tyres work on a car in some conditions (uncleared snow). They will be lethal on a bike.

I think you'll skid about more with studs. a 2-wheeler isn't heavy enough to push them into the surface like a car.

Winter tyres would be wiser

ok, good point!

does anyone have suggestions on winter tires? I searched 110/70-11 and 120/70-10 and cant find much more than the Michelin Pilot City tires and the Pirelli Unico touring tires. I have the michelins, are the Pirellis the winter tires?
