the ride will be free, no registration. there will be awards for the ride(peoples choice, DIRT DOBBERS choice, and Hold Fast Tattoos choice). YOU HAVE TO DO THE WHOLE RIDE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARDS/PRIZES. your scoot should go faster that 40mph, 90cc and above. the ride wont exceed the speed of 45mph, its not a race. NO MOTORCYCLES or PLASTIC/MODERN SCOOTERS.
itinerary:
meet for breakfast 10am at House Cafe(801 Alpha Dr, #101, Richardson, TX 75081). they hook it up with alot of awesome food, cheap. no reserved seating, first come first serve. if you are wanting to eat breakfast. get there before 10. THIS PLACE IS CASH ONLY.
ride leaves 11ish. long country ride around a north texas lake with a few bridges added in the mix.
2ish arrive at Pizza Villa for dallas's best pizza. its BYOB, Dirt Dobbers will furnish a cooler of free beer for lunch and we will have parking set up. THIS PLACE IS CASH AND CHECK ONLY. please have your order ready @ 10:30 before you go on the ride if your going to eat pizza.
3:30 a short ride to the Dubliner for the awards. PARKING WILL BE SET UP FOR CLASSIC SCOOTS ONLY.
ron and i live less than a block from the House Cafe. if you need to truck your scoot to the meeting spot, there will be a parking lot where you can leave it for the day. the ride all together is about 80-100 miles long including food and gas stops. it will probably be a lil cold, layers of clothes would be a good idea.
