I just got my 300 and want to add an accessory outlet, piezo buzzer for the turn signal, and Battery Tender. While I'm handy with the tools and wiring, opening my scooter still scares me because its brand new and I don't want to screw anything up so I would love some help.

I'm not anywhere near NJ, but if you're handy with the electrical stuff, don't let the front of your Vespa intimidate you. Take a look here http://www.wotmeworry.org.uk/manuals/Vespa/ for the manual and see if you don't start to feel a bit more confident.

Try removing the left knee panel and locate the alarm connector. Only one screw to remove, and easily replaceable.

Can you charge with a Battery Tender through the Alarm Connector? If so, what would I need to do to add the accessory port to the Alarm Connector? Don't want to fry anything.

Yes you can. There is a lovely article written by Cincinatti John in the wiki
