Here's my quick list from top to bottom for sticky GTS tires to save you a search. Just my opinion, though! I have ridden all these tires, though some more miles than others:
1: Pirelli Diablo SC 2: Heidenau K61 3: Michelin Pilot Sport 4: Pirelli GTS23/24 5: Michelin Pilot City 6: Continental Zippy I have not ridden the Continental Contitwist series, but they look like incredible tires as well! |

Add to that list from Drew the Pirelli GT23 front and GT24 rear. They're standard on the 300 are stick like glue. Lovely!

Just got a flat heading out on Skyline Blvd out of San Francisco to Alice's Restaurant in woodside on the GTV. H61s or Pikot Sports, I'll probably swap out my stock Salva front as well. They stock seemed good but that's all the experience I have, I'm sure the upgrade will be better

They are the fastest wearing tyres I've ever used (on the X9). Lasted in good shape only just over 2,000 miles instead of the more normal 8,000. They weren't actually worn out at that distance, just madly cupped - and yes the pressures were OK.
However, they were extremely, wonderfully sticky for normal road use, and I'd have loved to have tried a set on the track. They might not have lasted more than 200 miles under those conditions though! |

I'm on my second set of Michelin Pilot City tires. I think they wear very well. I had the factory installed Pirellis for the first 4000 miles. They didn't stick that great. I switched to the Michelins after reading threads like this one. I got 6000 miles out of them and my front tire, according to the tech, was still OK, but I like to change both at the same time. That was at 10000 miles. I'll be going in for my 14000 mile service in a few months and I don't think I'll need to change them until the 16000 mile service. They are supposed to last at least 4000 miles, but as you can see, I've been getting 6000 miles out of them. Highly recommended. Are the Michelin Sports that much better, I wonder?
