Any good body shop should be able to fix it. just make sure they tape the screws and clips to the part they were removed from. make sure they paint it in a 2 stage paint when the color match is done.

Sorry to hear about the GTV, it still had that new (to you) scoot smell on it when I last saw you.
I'm sure you know Scooters O, but if you're not going that route and and feel like coming across the river, there is an amazing guy here in Brooklyn. He is the body shop Nick at Brooklynbretta used and the one that Robbie at Scooters Bottega uses now. My mom's LX got wacked good and they did an amazing job fixing it up. Very experienced with scoots...
