No idea what the stories are behind the images, you just have to ponder the unfortunate possibilities. It's all just stuff I've stumbled across while looking for other things.

It was a pretty common thing to see various disliked models of scooters burned at camping rallies.

I've heard from some folks on this forum, years back, that the aussies hated the PK so much that they burned them at their rallies.

I've been to a few camping rallies at which various twist-n-go's set ablaze. The picture posted above that shows a bike sitting in what looks to be an intentionally dug out firepit ...

I think that Vino is probably alive and well. You can't kill those things simply by burying them in snow! Hell, that is what my old Vino looked like half the time in mid-winter.

Not mine.

I found them digging around on the internet, though I wasn't looking for them specifically. I was categorizing pictures I had saved, and realized I had enough collected to put together a group of derelicts, so there they are. They're from various sources, but I don't know who took them.
