Join Secret Society SC SD for Skutoberfest 13.
We meet at Pt. Loma Scooters for a pre party (3017 Canon St. /Corner of Canon and Rosecrans by gas station). We'll have dj Action Andy (Bomboras, Loons, Sleepwalkers, Action Andy & Haunted Honkey Tonkers and more) spinnin the tunes. Meet up around 7 and we'll leave at 8 for a night ride- then head back to PL Scooters for more music, keg, prizes and the famous hot dog Subaru cart for late night snacking. There are plenty of hotels nearby too if anyone is coming from out of town.

Saturday Oct. 3rd.
Don't stay out too late because the Skutoberfest ride leaves at 11 Saturday. Meet at Kensington Coffee (4141 Adams Ave). We'll go through town and ride up to the amazing Mt. Helix viewpoint to strech your legs for a bit and take in the view. The headliner is the El Cajon Octoberfest, sponsored by the German American Society. Great beer, brats, a real Oompa band from Germany, games, vendors and yummy food. If you've been before you'll know what I'm talking about, if you haven't, join us! Tell the family to meet you there!

$5 bucks gets you beer and dogs on Friday night, an embroidered patch and Octoberfest entry

Octoberfest is cash only and the ATM has been known to run out, hint bring cash for food and bier.

I'm there. Promise I won't leave early like last year and miss out on all of the fun. Last year I had a family event. Family first. They'll be the first to know that I have more important scooter events to attend to. LOL!

That was a good time last year. I'll have to make sure I make this ride again. I could use a good 'wursts.

We'll miss you, but you can, in spirit, still do it all - have a beer, look up at the sky, take a bite of apple (but not all at once and not on your scoot, ok?)

Friday Oct. 2nd. Here's the short and fuzzy. There will *** NOT *** be an evening ride from the Pre-Skutoberfest at Point Loma Scooters tonite. There will be a ride from Motorsport to Point Loma. Meetup at Motorsport at 6:30pm and leave about 7pm.

Keep your eye on the weather and dress appropriately.

The weather was perfect last night. I stopped at Mt. Soledad on the way to Pt. Loma. Those clouds made for a spectacular sunset! It was gorgeous and clear on the way home, too.

You guys missed out on some delicious hot dogs! (Sorry I couldn't make it to Saturday's festivities.) Hope to see you sometime soon.

I'm so torked that I missed that ride. Some dude was talking about in Court roday. He was there and was talking about the huge number of scooters that were there.
