Heading to work this morning with daughter on the back for the school drop off (yes, she has Toreador Pants).
Anyway, had this cage right up my arse all the way. So I try braking slowly and flashing the brake light (including my Givi Hi-stop topcase brake light). Nothing - big Ford badge filling my mirrors
So remembering a thread from a few weeks back I try a slow but deliberate weave/wobble (this is all taking place at about 40 km/h in slow traffic).
Yup, the cager backs right off.
I turn into the road where my daughter's school is and the cage follows but keeps well back. As I indicate and brake to turn into the school entrance the cage cruises by...
I give it some large on the Stebel Nautilus

Can't remember the thread where there was some agreement on this effective method but thanks to the OP and fellow MVers. Clap emoticon

I have read in so many places that this works. Glad we could be here to help everyone learn how to keep the shiny side up.

Hi, I even tried it in my car when people are too close!!....it worked!! Another thing i use in my car is to put my wipers on full speed and hold my windshield washers on for a time ... this tends to make them back off lol
