Modern Vespa

Is it me... or does it seem less cluttered here today?

I have been browsing on and off all day and most of the threads have been civil and linear and related to each other.

i'm not sure but i just have to say i love the sunken indicators on the vespa in your avatar. truly awesome!

If you think of MV as a town of 14500 people then that explains a lot. We have all sorts of punters from all walks of life. Some very community minded citizens, some out to disturb the peace, some peeking between the curtains and some that rarely venture into town. We have every possible vocation, age range, race, gender and sexual preference.
So yes, some days the town of Modern Vespaville seems lawless and wild. Some days it is a sleepy hollow with the slow hum of the occasional passing Scooter. Some days the Petty Tyrant has to stand on the balcony of the Town Hall and make a decree, other days you will find him in the Moderators Lounge tinkering with the sewerage system or improving the lighting in the main street so passers by may decide to stay a while......

I have the flu so I am in bed, well reclined in the lazyboy with my blanket and my laptop with MV for company as everyone is avoiding me !!! lol cough/sneeze/splutter ps its not man flu more like Shan flu as i caught it from my partner who is over it now

Oh and jasterixstrange ... that's a Kymco People 250, not a Vespa!

I would love to take credit for the sunken indicators but I am going to say it was an Italian designer working with Taiwan based Kymco that made them happen. That and they are not really sunken. The reflector portion is in the body like many Vespas but the amber sections are almost beehive shaped round covers. I have converted them to running lights though.
