Question for everyone. What belts have you used and how many miles are you getting out of them. Here is my experience:

3 OEM belts: 10,000-12,000 miles
Malossi belt: 6,000 miles

Has anyone tried a Polini or Dayco belt? Anyone know if Gates or any other company makes a belt for the GT?

I'm just sticking with the OEM belt, it seems to be as good as anything out there for a stock setup.

10-12,000 miles may be pushing it just a tad, depending an individual's riding style. ;)

I get about 12k out of a belt. Had one break at a little under 14k, no fun!!

To me, Turkman is the EF Hutton of scooter maintenance. I'd take his word over mine!
