Modern Vespa

I am now a lawyer, the Supreme Court of Florida has given me the nod. Let the hate, insults and boos commence!!!!!!!

My Vespa was a pre-gift I bought myself for "passing the bar" BEFORE the passing of the bar exam...prior to my ethics exam..prior to my background check to the Florida bar and prior to even getting a job as a lawyer (happened today!)

I WILL NEVEEERRR place all my chips in again...I got lucky and I thank God, Karma, Bhudda and of course Paiggio. I will not ever do that again. It was terrible that I couldn't even really relax after passing the bar thinking what if I can't pass my background check...

Is that a 300???, maybe I should buy it for my trial win I may win next month...(just kidding..he heh heh...seriously, just kidding)

hahahhhaaaa...yeah...no....and then yeah...I guess it depends on the year, one's perception and if college counts as adult life.

I will advise you pro bono that a lifetime in the law can make you into a risk adverse, detail obsessed nurdle. Many lawyers try and counteract this by doing something absurdly risky in their leisure time. Riding a scooter is a good start.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and congratulate you on your academic achievement. Just don't be like this Hawaiian attorney who offers a free initial (email) consultation, in which he tells you that he needs more time to explain and to offer you several solutions--during a $100 phone call of 30 minutes. I thought bait and switch was illegal.

Anyway, when I asked him for a clear yes or no answer whether he has a definitely working solution for me, he never answered again. Yep, as expected.

I've noticed that people who deride lawyers are never reluctant to sue.

You guys are our only defense against getting screwed, so thanks, and good luck to you.
