I have a design idea and will keep you posted on effectiveness and post pictures soon. Essentially just adding wider feet to the existing stand.
If there is interest I will make the process repeatable so I can make them for others.

Just something to keep in mind. |

I don't think I would personally want my center stand to be any wider, for exactly the reason Mike just stated: the potential effect on the lean angle might be disastrous.

Lean angle was my first concern as well, but if the extension was angled or curved similarly to the stand's lever it may work. Maybe something in a similar shape to the lever, but on the right side.

How about something removeable??
My commuter station parking lot is under re-construction and I have been forced to park at times on soft ground. A couple of times I have done so with a wish and a prayer and crossed fingers that the scoot would not tip. It has not, but I have thought that some kind of removeable stand widener would be great. No issues while cornering, then deploy it when needed. Or maybe just a piece of plywood that fits in the top case? Haven't tried that yet.

Maybe not longer feet (wider left to right, affecting lean angle) but what about wider feet front-to-back (more foot area)? Basically like the crushed-soda-can-under-the-stand trick but permanent.

I think it would be easier to have a sturdy disk of some kind to put under the stand on soft ground. ie the beer can

I am perfectly happy with the design of my 300's centre stand and wouldn't want it to be any wider for the same reasons already mentioned about lean angles.
