Here's the long of the question.
I have a MP3 500. I put it up on it's kickstand in the garage tonite and turned off the stabilizer for the front end... without sitting on the bike.

That's not supposed to happen right? It should only go off when you drive it above certain rpm or are sitting on it with pressure right?

Mine goes on and off without sitting on it. I have no fault alarms or anything and am wondering if my little pressure sensor is kaput or maybe got unhooked.

Does anyone else have an idea or maybe I'm just wrong and this is how it works......

Does it maybe only work when the kickstand is not down?

Let me get this straight, you put it on the kickstand and it automatically turned off the front wheel suspension lock?

If the ignition is in the on position and you hit the unlock switch (to the right). It is going to unlock.

Yeah, I got it backwards, thanks. Now my next question is does anyone know of an easy access brake light wire on for the rear brakes?

I would like to add an additional rear brake LED and cannot find one (without tearing the rear apart I would assume)

The tilt lock can be unlocked without being on the seat by bumping the switch twice. It can be locked normally with single push of switch on or off the bike. If only bumping it once unlocks it, then the seat sensor is faulty or bypassed. Normally a faulty sensor fails the other way as if you are not on the seat. With the ignition on and not on the seat you should have the red tilt lock light on the dash illuminated. Sitting on the seat should turn the light off.

I believe the wiring harness for the lights comes through the left side of the bike. Just take one panel cover off (the one that says MP3 on it) and they are exposed. Careful with the removal of the panel cover.

I thought I was tall, but when I sit on my MP3 my arms won't reach anywhere near the tail lights.

If that's how you do it I'm totally out of luck.
