Modern Vespa

Stupid question perhaps but did the Vespa super 150 come as early as 1960? SIP lists the super between -65 to -79. I´m thinking of buying one but it´s listed as 1960.

'65 was the first year.

76' was the last year produced

the death of the 8" vespa.

I always wondered why the hell they came with 8 inch wheels? Was it just because it was a lower end model or what?

they probably had a big pile of them left over that they needed to get rid of.

Don't forget the P150S, I'd love to have one :(

Umm not a genius in posting urls...

So...based on the cowls / fender / horncast on that bike, it can be surmised it's a VBB.

Then again, it's clearly from vietnam... so it could actually( and probably ) be a '65 Super frame that someone has stuck a bunch of VBB parts on.
