I had already successfully installed a Malossi 70cc, 19mm carb, Multivar and Leo Vince ZX in a Typhoon and had gotten incredible results.
I'm now considering a 2004 ET2 with 1400 miles for $2100, because I'd like to go with a more classic-styled scooter. I plan on going with all of the same performance parts, except I'd be using a Leo SP3 on the Vespa.
Question: Does the ET2 motor have to be removed in order to change out the cylinder? I've never worked on a Vespa, but the frame design appears a bit tricky to get one's hands on the engine. With the Typhoon, everything is exposed once the plastic is removed.
Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Hugo
