I can't believe they actually tried to say no way to removing their advertising from your SUV.

License Plate Frames.....
For those that were following along about my dealer taking off my collectible license plate frame and putting theirs on:
I stopped by the offending dealer on Sunday to chat up the Salesperson/Manager.... whatever her title is, I'm not sure... she has been very nice to me and seems to genuinely care about the dealership. I let her know about my experience with the contracted out Service Department and their need to steal license plate frames. She seemed appropriately shocked and appalled that they were doing that in the name of the dealerhsip, and assured me that she would address the situation immediately. (Thank you for taking care of the issue, if you read this board) Yesterday, I recieved a subdued call from the Service guy asking for my address as he had 2 license plate frames to send me (mine and ???)..... I didn't bother to ask any questions. Just gave him my address. I wonder if the issue is resolved there. I sure would like to have a local dealership that I can trust not to steal my SHIT! |
