I'll be leading a group ride to the "Ride for Kids" event this Sunday from Walnut Creek to the Solano Community College in Fairfield. We'll meet at 7:30 and depart at 7:45a.m., with an approximate arrival time of 8:15a.m.

If you'd like to join my group for the ride to Fairfield, meet us at the CVS/Longs Parking Lot, 1123 South California Blvd in Walnut Creek, located at the intersection of Olympic & California Blvds.

Directions to Longs/CVS Parking Lot: From N/B Hwy 680 in Walnut Creek, take the Olympic Blvd Exit. At the bottom of the ramp, turn RIGHT and proceed E/B on Olympic approx 1 blk to the CVS/Long's Parking Lot, located on your left.

From S/B Hwy 680 in Walnut Creek, take the Olympic Blvd Exit. At the bottom of the ramp, turn LEFT and proceed E/B on Olympic approx 2 blks to the CVS/Long's Parking Lot, located on your left.

From E/B Hwy 24 in Walnut Creek, merge onto Hwy 680 South and on the interchange take the LEFT LANE Mt Diablo Blvd/Downtown Exit. At the bottom of the ramp continue E/B on Mt Diablo Blvd to California Blvd (approximately 1 mile). At California turn RIGHT and enter the parking lot on your RIGHT.

I hope to see you on Sunday morning. You'll need toll money to cross the Benicia Bridge and $35 for your Registration Fee. Try to get donations to cover your own registration, and if the contributor wants to write a check, have them make it out to: "Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation" or "PBTF" or "Ride for Kids".
