Anyone know if this is possible? Or is there more than just a cosmetic difference to the geometry. Tried doing a search of past discussions, but could not find anything...

Somebody asked the same thing not that long ago... Really sorry but I cannot remember who it was.
I think it was said that the front wheels on the LX are an 1" bigger but fit just fine and the rear wheels are the same size... So should be no problem I'm positive they said they had done the swap on lots of ET's. The only point was that at the moment the 11" wheel does not have much of a tyre choice. I'm guessing that the 11" front would also be a bit more stable in the corners. |

Thanks guys... I got it now! But let me ask a more definitive question then...
Will a rear LX50 wheel fit on a rear ET4 hug/spline? Or do the 50cc scoots have different wheels altogether? SD |

Don't the LX scooters have rear disc? I have an et4 and it has rear drum. The drum is like part of the wheel. I would like to do a drum to disc swap but don't think it would be worth it.

No, I do not believe they do. LX150s are pretty much the same basic drivetrain as an ET4.. the GT200s have rear disk brakes, but not the LX model or 150 S model. Anyone care to correct me if I am wrong on these points?

I am pretty sure the same rear rim can be used on the ET2, ET4, LX50, and LX150. All have drums on the rear, no disc and all are 10 inch rims. The front rim on the ET2 and ET4 are the same. Same goes for the front rim for the LX50 and LX150. But you cannot use the front rim of an ET on a LX and vice versa b/c the ET is 10 inches and the LX is 11 inches.
