I usually call it just "vespa" when in mixed company. But to those who know me enough to get my wierd sense of humor I call it "thundercloud".

Tom Servo from the defunct tv show Mystery Science Theater 3000 had a little go-cart one episode that he refered to as Thundercloud.

Looking back, the only times I even think of naming my scooter is when one of these threads pop up. My responses have always been something along the line of "If I named my scooter, it would be...."

But any other time of the year it's "the scooter" or "the Vespa."

And so it shall remain nameless.
