since I have several ET4 leader 125 and 150 a GTS300 they all have one red "master"key a code card and one blue for normal use
Recently I bought a brandnew S150 and it isn't fitted with a transpondersytem so it came with just two black keys
Are all S vespas whitout transponder ?

Correct - the S (and Fly) range does not have an immobiliser. So more attractive to thieves, but less to go wrong.
