By this definition of baby, I'm an uncle. So here's my nephew Maddox.



He's a handsome, 6 month old English Mastiff with stripes.

Duke, always waiting to say HI when I return!!

We just got our "baby" yesterday from the shelter. Her name is Cali and she is an Aussie Shepard/Spaniel mix and somewhere between 1-3 years old. Yesterday afternoon she was a stinky, scared, sad rescue dog and right now she is curled up warm in her bed with a full tummy and she smells like lavender shampoo. I'm attached already!

Here's two of our three little monsters. The third one is in the hospital at the moment.

They're Min-Pins (or less properly Miniature Dobermans) and they're both small for the breed.

Those ARE cute little monsters, Jess! I hope the third one is better soon so he can have a picture of his own.

That's wonderful, Sarah. Good for you. I'm getting teary-eyed already.

The third one is Sasha, she's the mom of Jasmine, the one on the right. The father is Cheesai, the one on the left.

Sasha had surgery on her neck to remove a bulging disk. She had been in a great deal of pain, and so we were very much relieved when we finally found a vet to take us seriously and administer an MRI (at great expense, of course).

She's been in the hospital for about a week. Hopefully she'll come home in a few more days.

Our Jacks send well wishes for a quick recovery. We all hope she feels better and returns home soon.

well all the dogs here are super cute, of course. but i really like little wire hair dogs.

and the fishes.. well lasagna I died one winter when we lost alot of fish, Lasagna II was in the ugly fish club and went to friends who keept lousing fish to birds, and sadly lasagna III is also in the ugly fish club [when fish get bigger they sometimes lose alot of their color markings]- but i bought him myself when i was 8 or so, so he cant be given away.

I can totally relate to that. Having Jack Russells that have no clue that they are small. And they are even worse when they are all together. We had a Rottwiler that lived next door the only came over to visit ONCE!

Not that all the pups aren't awesome - but the PUGS ARE SUPER AWESOME!!!

This is Lucy our 2 yo Labradoodle, she s the happiest dog i know, goes to work with me everyday ( I'm a builder). She has started to have mild epileptic episodes evry six weeks or so we are hopeing they don't get worse, but other than that she's a great dog.
