Hi all

im a bit new to all this its my missus scooter but of course im doin all the work Razz emoticon

she brought an lx50 about 2 months back in pretty decent condition.
just some issues i need to change the big plastic floor mat but i cant find out how its attached to the front iv removed the top screws but it looks like its screwed to the front and im pulling out my last few hairs

I had an LX 50 this summer, and my floor mat wasn't really attached. It kind of snapped into place, but was easily removed. Did someone screw yours on or something? Can you post a picture of what you are dealing with?

Maybe he's actually talking about the floorboard proper, i.e. the part that's body colored. If that's the case, on the LX150 there are some screws under the black rubber strips that need to be removed - I would imagine the LX50 is the same. Just pull up on the strips and they'll come out.

I believe, You also have to pull off the glove box on the LX 150 since the floorboard is fitted underneath said glove box.

Follow this link as a guide. Like the people said, if it is like an LX150 you will have to pull out the glove box, rear side skirts, and remove the screws under the floorboard trimmings.
