Thanks for the compliments, responses and feedback. They are Mp3 500 front wheels and a direct bolt on. I'm still utilizing my original Pirelli tires.
The rims won't be chromed. It isn't the look I am going for and I don't like the way chrome wheels look on a white bike. If it were black or another dark color I may think about it. These rims speak for themselves. I have trimmed out my white bike with black and the rims flow with that theme. Whitewalls will NEVER be on this bike no matter what color or style wheels I have. I didn't buy a Super and trick it out in Adidas theme to put whitewall tires on it. It's not a Ratrod or old school theme bike. An exhaust will be the next step but that won't be until spring. The only exhaust I like is the Giannelli pictured below. That will be the exhaust going on my bike. ![]() |

I like chrome a lot but black chrome or charcoal chrome to me looks like chrome that someone hasn't cleaned. Black chrome wheels look like wheels that are dirty with brake dust. If I didn't chrome I would powder coat. All the black chrome does it hold back the shine. To me what is chrome without extreme shine? I want my chrome to be like a mirror, something I could look at to brush my teeth.

Nice wheels. Really set off the bike and give it a little more oomph than the stock wheels. I don't think chrome of any shade would look right on your bike. The two color theme is definitely the way to go. Good job
![]() As for black or shadow chrome, my husband's car has it. I like it, because it does hide the brake dust |

Wheels
Am I crazy...I like the look of the factory wheels better...don't get me wrong...I like the MP3 wheels...just too many spokes for me...and I like the flat black finish on the factory Super wheels (although some came in with shiny black too....I think the Super250's did)....the wheels look nice on the scoot and of course different looking but I like the way the factory wheels have the black and the silver color offsetting the outer edge...I wouldn't chrome the MP3 wheels either...not the look for your bike. I must say it does make your bike look unique...always wondered with so many Vespa's out there, why is no company making aftermarket wheels for Vespa's? Seems like a great market to me.

We GTS riders have basically 5 stock wheel choices. These are off the shelf choices, not customized.
