HELLO, JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS IF JETTIN.COM TAKES FOR EVER AND A DAY TO SEND YOU YOUR PARTS?

The folks who are behind Jettin' are good, hard working, honorable guys.

Maybe try to contact them instead to venting here.

I got my stuff from them on time.

Based on numerous queries here, I would say: sometimes yes, sometimes no.

So I'm I, but it doesn't take two weeks to send something 20 miles away. I have emailed and called no response ! Now I post here

Unfortunately thats the best decription of their system yet... I have every product available for a GTS 250. Great stuff, just don't expect the chrome to hold up or their commitments to be consistent. Would I order again? Yes but only because there is no alternative...

It can take a while at times. When I ordered the rear suspension bushings it took about three weeks to get here in Toronto.

I recently ordered the standard bar ends and they arrived in a very timely fashion... However, I have emailed regarding exchanging them for the heavier ends and have not received a response. I attempted to call twice yesterday and the phone simply rang with no answer...

The quality of the product seems to be as advertised which is very good...

I have ordered from them on a half-dozen occasions. Sometimes they ship quickly: Sometimes they don't. I've read some posts where people have waited an unreasonable amount of time for their merchandise.

All I can tell you is they WILL get around to shipping your order. They are NOT crooks. Jettin is apparently a part-time business and they fill the orders when they have the time to devote to the business. Doesn't mean it's the correct way to do it but it's the way it is if you deal with them. Email them and leave a voicemail on their phone and tell them they're running slow and you need your stuff.

Two weeks? I would say that your expectations are probably a bit out of whack for the glacial pace of the scooter world.

If you are only 20 miles away, and you only ordered bar end (non-critical to making the scooter run) why don't you scoot on over and visit them. Seems like a great excuse to take a ride.

that's how i got my 15 oz. chrome jettin bar ends. i emailed before i went down. make sure you bring cash.

They called me today and said my parts are on there way , they were out of stock on one item. Its all GOOD!
