Hi everyone,
I'm having some problems with the electricals on my Vespa ... which I think is a PX150 (maybe someone can confirm from the picture??)
Headlight always blows at high revs, as do my indicaters but not as often. It was fine for a long time and now this has just began ... I'm know there is some really dodgey wiring going on in there having spent many years in Cambodian mechanic shops!

Any advice much appreciate

Cheers

Agreed. I blew three headlamps on my p200e within a week. I replaced the regulator, and it's been fine ever since.

It's a very simple repair. Just a few bolts to remove it, and move the wires one by one if you're worried about mixing them up. It's all nicely color coded anyway.

i had a pinched tail light wire under my tank that was blowing my fuse Razz emoticon every now and then

it was tricky to diagnose cause it was only blowing when i either used the light or tank was 'on it' or higher rev

i literally went thru everything i could think of

lucky i started at the rear and by the time i got to removing the tank it was'nt long before i found the cause

i guess sometimes you just have to go inch by inch
